Portal Login Instructions
Step 2: Enter your Username and Password
Username: Is the email recorded within your Client Record.
Accounts that have multiple emails will not be able to receive login credentials.
One email is allowed per login, for security purposes.
Password: Is the password recorded in your Client Record.
If you do not have a password, follow these steps:
A: Contact Clark Travel to receive a temporary password, we set.
B: Find the link in ANY Charter Paperwork (Booking Confirmation) we have sent to you. After clicking the link, you will be brought to that specific charter "website". There, you will find a button "Request Login". Our systems will send you an auto-generated temporary Password.
Step 3: You are all set up!
Now that you have access to your portal, you can view current and expired Quotations, review Current Charters - and even make batch payments on Open Invoices!
